The Lakota is a timber frame structure wrapped in SIP wall panels.

The plan design boasts extensive amounts of exposed timbers, while also displaying smart use of limited floor space which includes a master suite on the main level, a large kitchen, and vaulted living room. The double sided fireplace allows you to spend time outside on the open deck while still enjoying the ambiance of an open fire year round.

The large open loft area could easily be developed into separated bedroom areas, and if your lot allows for a full walk-out basement (as shown) you add another 1200+ square feet of living space to suit even the largest of families.

Pricing:

$1900.00 CDN - Includes 5 sets of the Standard Construction Set (see rates and services for details), free shipping, and 4 hours of revisions to the plans.

An upgrade to a Complete Construction Set may be be added on at time of order for an additional $.25 per square foot (Main and Upper living space, if applicable)

Extra prints and/or shipments may also be added on. Cost determined by quantity of prints and shipments.

As with all stock plans, you can make as many changes as you want/need. However, 4 hours of changes are included in the package price. Additional hours are charged at the current hourly rate (see rates and services for details). An estimate of the time required and extra cost will be provided.
