Main: 1755 sq. ft. (plus optional garage - 787 sq. ft. - and Breezeway - 280 sq. ft.)

Loft: 775 sq. ft. (over 6' headroom)

The Tolowa features an open concept design (thanks to a large log truss clear spanning the building). As you enter the house, you find vaulted ceilings from the front entry right through to the living room and dining room. The kitchen has a large island separating it from the dining area, while allowing ample prep space and additional eating/socializing area.

The main level also includes 2 bedrooms, and the expansive covered roof/porch areas provide added protection for the log walls.

The upper level includes an large master suite, open loft area, and balcony.

Pricing:

$2500.00 ($2800.00 with garage) CDN - Standard Construction Set (see rates and services for details) with 4 hours of revisions to the plans.

An upgrade to a Complete Construction Set may be be added on at time of order.

Prints and/or shipments may also be added on. Cost determined by quantity of prints and shipments.

As with all stock plans, you can make as many changes as you want/need. However, 4 hours of changes are included in the package price.

Additional hours are charged at the current hourly rate. An estimate of the time required and extra cost will be provided.
