The Qualicum is a log home that was built with flattened log walls (10"x15" logs) and dovetail corners.

The design boasts impressive exposed timber framing and custom designed hammer trusses throughout all of the main floor and roof structure.

With a larger Master suite on the main floor and 2 additional bedroom suites upstairs (plus attached double car garage) this design is sure to satisfy the desires of everyone in your household!!

There is a large open loft overlooking the vaulted great room (with custom timber trusses). A basement (especially a walk-out on a sloped lot) can quickly adds another 1800+ square feet of floor area.

Pricing:

$3200.00 ($3400 with garage) CDN - Standard Construction Set (see rates and services for details) with 4 hours of revisions to the plans.

An upgrade to a Complete Construction Set may be be added on at time of order.

Prints and/or shipments may also be added on. Cost determined by quantity of prints and shipments.

As with all stock plans, you can make as many changes as you want/need. However, 4 hours of changes are included in the package price.

Additional hours are charged at the current hourly rate. An estimate of the time required and extra cost will be provided.
