The Dakotah’s compact floor size seems deceiving because it not only includes a complete master suite on the main level, but also displays a plethora of open floor space with the Kitchen open to a vaulted Dining area connected to a large vaulted Great Room, making the home feel much bigger then it actually is.

In the loft is an additional bedroom suite, and a large open loft area (which could be a home office, TV area, or possible third bedroom).

Other exterior features include a carport on the back of the house (with feature log truss), a towering prow roof, and peaked covered entries at each side.

A walkout basement as shown in the sample provides space for further development of living space.
